The Gingerbread Man

 On Brown Day, we read the book, The Gingerbread Man.  After the reading, I showed the students that I made a gingerbread man for them to taste, BUT we had to cook him first.  We all walked down to the kitchen together to place the gingerbread man in the oven.  While or snack was cooking, we decided to create our own gingerbread men using construction paper, crayons and buttons.

When we were finished making our crafts, it was time to get the gingerbread man from the oven.

To our surprise, when we opened the oven doors the gingerbread man was gone!!!  So off we went to search for him!!

SURPRISE!!...the gingerbread man was hiding in our classroom!  Everyone said he was DELICIOUS!!  =)
